Where is my digital order (DPM - Direct Print Music)
Order confirmations and digital commands may not appear in your main inbox. In this case, please check your spam folder.
Digital partitions are not sent automatically. You will receive your scores during our office hours, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
DPM ordering process
As soon as you accept your payment by Visa or Mastercard (Monday-Friday, office hours) you will receive an e-mail with a link to your personal space. You'll be able to log in with your profile (or create your profile) and print the music at home. You have 14 days to print it, then the document will be deleted. (This document will also be deleted as soon as you print it out).
Confirmation of order
After each purchase, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail summarizing your order. If the confirmation e-mail didn't arrive in your main inbox, please check your spam folder.

Orders are shipped within 24-36 hours worked on average, from the date of receipt of the order. However, in some cases (reprinting, technical problems, ...) ordered items may suffer delivery times. In addition, we are in no way responsible for the delay or inconvenience created by our mail distributors. Delays in delivery do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale or refuse the goods.
Digital files are sent from Monday to Friday during our business hours.
If you order in these time slots, you will receive your file/s in your personal space at most during the day. Any order placed after the office closes will be sent the next day (except weekend, the shipment will be made on Monday). However, delays may be caused in some cases (technical problems, for example).
Questions about searching the site
There are different types of searches on our site:
1. Simple search, by text or number at the top of the site's entry page. Unless you know the exact information about the article, this search will be more evasive and will return more results to you.
2. Search by training or type of instrumentation via the menu on the left of the site. This research will be more of a need for people who need an article on specific training. All you have to do is walkthrough the tree of formations. This search is already more accurate and will lead you to a list of more targeted articles.
3. Targeted searches via our advanced research and with specific criteria. This will restrict your search and get you to the item you're looking for faster.

Payments and port charges
All purchases are settled before shipping or in advance either by bank transfer or credit card. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 60 / CHF 60 (in economy only).
