Personal profile
What's the personal profile for?
To place an order on our site, you need to create an account. In your personal profile, you'll find your order history, downloadable invoices and downloadable digital scores (PDF).
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click on "Login" then "I forgot my password". Enter your login email and go to your mailbox to follow the password modification steps. If you haven't received the email, check your SPAMS box too. If you have any questions, please contact us info@reift.ch

Surface mail: 2-4 weeks

Shipping costs
Surface mail shipping is free for orders over 60 EUR / CHF. For orders below this amount or for priority shipments, it depends on the weight of the package. The total amount will be displayed when you validate your basket.
Taxes and customs fees
Prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT. For shipments to Switzerland and Liechstenstein, VAT of 2.5% (sheet music) and 7.7% (CDs) will be added at the time of package validation.
Please note: From 01.01.2024 the 7.7% rate will increase to 8.1% and the 2.5% rate to 2.6%.
Any customs duties and taxes specific to each country, excluding delivery in Switzerland, are payable by the customer, in addition to the amount of the order.
Delivery delays and issues
Rarely and in certain cases (reprints, technical problems, etc.) ordered items may be subject to delivery delays. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by our mail distributors. Delays in delivery do not entitle the purchaser to cancel the sale or refuse the goods.
Payment methods
Can I pay with a credit card?
We only accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.
Can I pay with TWINT?
For people living in Switzerland, it is possible to pay with TWINT.
I don't have a credit card, what should I do?
You can pay by bank transfer. Contact us by email (info@reift.ch) mentioning the reference numbers for each ordered item, the quantity of each, your billing address, and delivery address if different from the billing address. Please also specify whether you want surface/priority postal delivery or a download. You will then receive an invoice payable within 30 days with our bank details. Scores will be sent as soon as we have received the total amount of the invoice.
Monetary currencies
What currencies are available?
Our invoices are issued in Euros for all countries whose main currency is the Euro.
For Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and all other countries worldwide, the Swiss Franc is the currency used.
I am from a country that uses the Euro as currency, how can I display prices in Euro on the website?
Log in or create an account on our website. After creating an account, go to your personal profile and fill in your contact details. Save your address and return to the shop.
Order process
Printed or digital scores?
All our scores can be purchased in either printed or digital form. The choice of version is made when validating the basket, just before payment.
Where can I find my digital order?
In your customer area, under the heading "Downloads", you will find scores purchased in digital format. Please note that you have 14 days to download your scores. After this time, they will no longer be available in your personal space.
I haven't received my digital scores, why?
Some scores are marked in green "Also available as instant download". This indicates that after purchase, the score will be immediately available as a PDF file in your customer area. Scores not marked "Also available for instant download" can also be purchased as downloads, but will be sent manually by us during our office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm).

What to do if I encounter technical issues during download?
Contact us by email (info@reift.ch) or by phone (+41 27 483 12 00). Please note that we answer from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Vouchers
Where can I buy a voucher?
On our website, in the "Vouchers" tab. Direct link: www.reift.ch/en/voucher.html
Where can I find my voucher code?
After payment, you will receive an email with your voucher code.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Select the desired items on our website, then go to the checkout. Enter the code in the space provided. If the total amount of your order is less than the amount available on your voucher, you can use the balance of your voucher on a future order.
Terms of use
Vouchers can be used for purchases on the www.reift.ch website and are valid for all items.
The voucher has no expiry date. You can use it whenever you like.
To redeem the voucher, the recipient must enter the voucher's unique code at the time of ordering.
If the voucher amount is not used up, the balance can be used on a subsequent order.
All or part of its value cannot be converted into cash.
General questions - scores
Are separate parts included with the full score?
Yes, all scores are sold with full score + separate parts.
Where can I check the list of separate parts included in the set?
Below each item, or in detail, there's a red PDF logo with music notes on it. Click on it and you'll find the instrument list and a preview of the full score.
Special Requests
Do you need a special arrangement, a particular edition on a score, a piece adapted for a special occasion, or additional information on an item from our shop? In that case, please contact our office by email (info@reift.ch) or by phone (+41 27 483 12 00). Please note that we answer from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
General questions - CDs
Is it possible to buy a CD in digital format (MP3)?
Yes, all our CDs can be purchased in digital format. Simply select the "download" delivery method in the shopping cart.
Can I buy just one audio track?
Yes, through Amazon, you can buy individual tracks. Otherwise, if you have a subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon Music, you can listen to all our titles via streaming.
What does "Only for download " mean on the item?
This means that the CD in question is not available in physical form. You can only buy it in digital format (MP3). Be sure to select the "Download" delivery method in the shopping cart.
Return and exchange of goods
Is it possible to cancel my order and get a refund?
Before payment, you will be asked to tick a box confirming that you have checked your order (choice of the right instrumentation for your scores, quantity, etc.) and that no refund or exchange will be possible afterwards.
Postal delivery is delayed. Am I entitled to a refund or cancellation of my order?
Delays in delivery do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or obtain a refund. We are not responsible for postal or customs delays.
My goods are damaged or incomplete. What can I do about it?
Any claim regarding the quality of the goods must be made by registered letter or email with photo evidence (info@reift.ch) within a maximum of 10 days after delivery.
Searches on our website
Simple search
By text or number at the top of the home page. Unless you know the exact information about the item, this search will be more evasive and return a higher number of results.
Search with filters
By formation, instrumentation, style, etc. via our filters menu. This search will be useful for people looking for a fairly specific type of article. This more precise search will lead you to a more targeted list of items.
Targeted search
Via our advanced search (under the search bar on the right) and with very precise criteria. This will enable you to narrow down your search and find the item you're looking for more quickly.
