General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to www.reift.ch. By using this website, you accept our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) which govern the management of your orders and contractual relations with Editions Marc Reift. We are committed to providing a simple, secure and transparent shopping experience. We encourage you to read these conditions carefully before ordering.
1. Orders
You can order the items available on our site: Digital items: Items marked 'Only for download' must be ordered using the 'Download' delivery method. No refund of postage costs will be made if a postal option is selected.
If you are ordering both digital and physical items, please place two separate orders.
2. Prices
Prices do not include VAT. For deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the applicable VAT rates are:
  • 2.6% for sheet music
  • 8.1% for CDs
Invoicing:
  • Orders are invoiced in Euros for Euro zone countries.
  • For other countries, they are invoiced in Swiss Francs (CHF).
3. Payment methods
You can pay for your orders by:
  • Credit card: Visa or Mastercard
  • TWINT: for Swiss residents
  • Bank transfer: For customers outside Switzerland without a credit card. Please contact us at info@reift.ch for details.
  • Invoice (30 days): Reserved for customers in Switzerland for orders placed by e-mail.
4. Delivery
Two delivery options are available:
Digital download (10% discount)
  • After payment validation, you will receive a link to your customer area to download your items (valid for 2 weeks).
By post
  • Free of charge for orders over 60 EUR / 60 CHF (surface mail).
  • Orders are dispatched within 24 to 36 working hours on average. In the event of delays (reprints, technical problems), no cancellation or compensation will be possible.
Delivery times for Europe and overseas territories
  • Surface mail: 2-4 weeks
  • Priority mail: 1-2 weeks
Delivery times for Switzerland and Liechtenstein
  • Surface mail: 2-3 working days
  • Priority mail: 1-2 working days
5. Customs fees
Customs duties and taxes specific to each country, except Switzerland, are at the customer's expense.
6. Returns and exchanges
Before payment, you will be asked to tick a box confirming that you have checked your order (choice of the right instrumentation for your scores, quantity, etc.) and that no refund or exchange will be possible afterwards.
Any complaint concerning the quality of the goods must be made by registered letter or e-mail with photo evidence (info@reift.ch) within 10 days of delivery.
7. Vouchers
  • Vouchers are valid on all items on www.reift.ch.
  • They have no expiry date.
  • Any unused balance remains available for a subsequent order.
  • Vouchers are not convertible into cash.
8. Data protection
We guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal information and payments using advanced security protocols. Your data will never be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
You have the right to consult, modify or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via our customer service or on your customer profile. You can also refer to our Data protection section.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are located in the canton of Valais.

11. Changes to the GTC
We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time. The current version is the one available on our site at the time of the order.
