General sales conditions

By using this site, you accept our general sales conditions which provide information on how we deal with orders. After confirming an order, customers must accept these conditions in their entirety.
Orders for articles found on the website www.reift.ch can be made as follows:

- By telephone on this number: (+41) 27 483 12 00. Working days are from Monday to Friday, from 8-12 a.m. and 1.30-5:30 p.m.
We invoice in Euros for all countries inside the EU. For all other countries (e.g. Switzerland, USA, …), we invoice in Swiss Francs CHF All prices are exclusive of VAT.
For sales in Switzerland tax of 2.5% for printed music or 7.7% for CDs will be added.
Purchases can be paid for as follows:
- Credit card: your card will be debited when your order is complete.
- Payment by bank transfer (with a pre-invoice)
Your purchases can be delivered in two ways:
Download (10% discount) for printed music and CDs:
- After your Visa or Mastercard payment has been accepted (during normal office hours) you will receive an email with an access code and you can print the music at home. The code will expire after 7 days, and after you have printed the music once.
- For CDs, mp3 files will be sent via WeTransfer to your email address.
Delivery charges are invoiced with each item ordered.
We aim to dispatch orders within 6 to 24 working hours after receipt of an order. However there maybe be longer delays if reprinting or technical problems occur. Delayed delivery does not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale or refuse to accept the goods. Any complaint concerning the quality of the goods must be made by registered letter within 10 days of delivery.
Any import duty for deliveries outside Switzerland must be paid by the customer in addition to the other charges.
The purchase contract is made with Editions Marc Reift, Route du Golf 150, 3963 Crans-Montana, Switzerland.
Return or exchange
We cannot exchange articles or accept returns.
